Fees are invoiced termly in advance payable within 14 days of invoice date.   

Sessions

Free 15 hours Universal Early Education Sessions for 3 and 4 year olds and Free for 2 (must meet with certain criteria. Please enquire for more details):

9am-12pm / 12pm-3pm 

 

30 hours Working Parent entitlement for eligible 2, 3 and 4 year olds

Morning/Afternoon Sessions: 

9am-12pm / 12pm-3pm   


Payable sessions outside of the funding; Morning/Afternoon Sessions:   

9am-12pm / 12pm-3pm 

£19.50 per 3 hour session 


Lunch Session: 

12pm-1pm 

£6.50 

Breakfast Club:

8.45am-9am

£3.00 

Our sessions are flexible with mornings, afternoons and full days from 9am-3pm

Children attending the morning  sessions are welcome to attend lunch. All snacks are included in your session fees. We are a strict nut-free setting. 


We only have 12 spaces, so booking a place is essential. 

If your child attends more than 15 hours (5 funded sessions a week) you will be invoiced for these sessions at the above outlined rate unless funding is received for 30 hours’ free childcare (as set out in the new Government guidelines for September 2017). 
  
If you wish your child to relinquish their place or reduce their sessions we require one calendar month’s written notice before changes are effective.

Free Early Years Education for 3 - 4 Year Olds

Free Early Years Education for 2 - 3 Year Olds

Free Early Education for 2 year olds is available if parents meet a certain criteria. This is based on whether: 
  
•  The family meet the criteria used to determine the eligibility for Free School Meals. 
•  The family receive working tax credits and have an annual gross income of no more than £16,190 per year. 
•  The child has a current statement of Special Education Needs or an Education Health and Care Plan. 
•  The child is entitled to Disability Living Allowance. 
•  The child is looked after by the local authority. 
•  The child is no longer looked after by the local authority as a result of an adoption order, a special guardianship order or a child arrangements order which specifies with whom the child lives. 
  
As a provider we must ensure that parents are aware that once they have taken up a place, eligible two year olds remain entitled to this place until the three year old  Free Early Years  Education Funding starts, even if circumstances change. 

Voucher Schemes

We accept voucher schemes provided by employers. These can be beneficial as they are taken from pre-tax salary. When registering your child please inform us if you intend to use this method of payment.

Desposits

We request a £30 non-refundable deposit on registration at the setting. This is to secure your child’s place and sessions. Parents/Carers for funded children must sign a declaration for the hours they will be attending. If your child is absent on a regular basis without good reason, these hours will be offered to other children. This change will happen by the time the next government head count is carried out to claim your child’s funding. You will be notified before this happens.
